A few months ago we participated in EuroShop 08 in Düsseldorf.

There we presented:
• Our new remote product range, Vision Collection, for Supermarkets and C-stores
• Some news in our integral range for Supermarkets, Food and Drink industry and C-stores
• Some important details and solutions with regards to energy saving and new coolants.
 
Our goal for this exhibition was to present our existing and potential new customers that we are caring for our future, focusing on environmental issues and continue as a reliable partner with our customers in the future.

Green values, such as energy consumption and the recyclability of parts, have always played a very important role in Norpe's operations. As we care about the environment we constantly develop our products and cooling systems to meet the customer and environmental requirements.

Environmental aspects at Norpe

During the past year we have worked hard to reduce the harmful environmental impacts arising from our operations. We recycle the waste from our daily work as much as we can. We recycle e.g. metal, cardboard, paper and plastic. Our aim is to reduce the amount of mixed waste, which usually is taken to the dumping ground.

Customer survey 2008

It is stated in our Quality handbook that customer surveys need to be carried out once a year. The customer survey to review our performance in 2007 is now completed.

Summer 2008 – factory holidays
 
It is once again time for sun to shine and also our holidays. This year both Porvoo factories are closed for summer holidays during weeks 28 – 31 (7.7.-3.8.2008). This means that there is no cabinet manufacturing during that period due to maintenance work. All other functions are available with reduced staff. Despite the holidays we will do our best to help you. Have a great and relaxing summer!
